Insight Factory LLC
"Converting Consumer Insights
into Products and Profits"
Our approach to qualitative research is founded on a fundamental principle that help us understand how to capture what is relevant and useful - Treat the consumer like gold. Consumers are giving of their precious time and are giving a part of themselves to us. This happens every time they participate in any research but even more so in qualitative where they don’t just answer questions but allow us to probe even further and in some rare instances to get very intimate with them. We need to remember to treat them as the precious resource they are.
At the Insight Factory, we believe that genuine curiosity and empathetic interactions lead to an in-depth understanding of consumers. To uncover and explore actionable insights, we strive to interact with consumers in their time and space, researching life as it happens, both in the off-line and on-line world.
The Insight Factory is a consumer research consulting company with a personal approach. Drawing from our unique background in product development, marketing, and consumer insights, we will help you observe consumer behavior, discover insights and convert those insights into new and improved products and ultimately more profits.
